1. About these terms

These terms describe the conditions for using the Vocarno website, mobile application and related services provided by Vocarno LLC, whose contact details appear below. Read them together with the Privacy Policy and any specific agreement you enter with us. If you do not agree to applicable terms, do not create an account or use the relevant service.

A separately accepted program, sponsorship, funding, employment or other written agreement may contain additional conditions. Its specific terms govern the subject it covers. Browsing this website does not sign you up for a program, loan, income-share agreement or placement commitment. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

2. What Vocarno provides

Vocarno supports medical career preparation and coordination. Depending on availability and your agreed program, this can include intake, English preparation, learning activities, document organization, progress tracking, applications preparation and communication with relevant organizations. Features may be introduced in stages and are available only where expressly offered.

Physicians and nurses follow distinct professional routes. Requirements depend on education, existing results, jurisdiction, program and individual circumstances. Vocarno may request further information before a route, service or preparation stage can be assessed or offered.

Website illustrations describe a possible preparation journey. They are not personal eligibility decisions, confirmed financing, offers of employment or representations that all features are available to every user.

3. Independent decisions and no guaranteed outcomes

Vocarno does not guarantee examination success, publication, a license, a residency position, a Match result, a visa, a particular city or clinic, employment or income. Admission bodies, regulators, examination organizations, immigration authorities and employers make their own decisions under their own rules.

A sponsor, residency program and eventual employer may be different organizations. Sponsorship is not admission; a proposed budget is not received funding; a completed lesson is not a passed external examination. Estimated timelines are planning tools, not guaranteed completion dates.

Educational and coordination materials are not patient-specific medical advice, legal advice, immigration advice or financial advice. Obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional when needed. The service is not for emergencies or patient care.

4. Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter applicable agreements. Provide accurate information, keep it current and use an account you are authorized to control. You remain responsible for the authenticity and completeness of documents and statements you submit.

Keep credentials and verification codes confidential, use available security protections and report suspected misuse. Do not share an individual account, impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications. Organization users must have authority to act for their organization and comply with their assigned permissions.

5. Preparation, review and participation

Access to a preparation stage may depend on assessments, reviewed documents, English readiness, suitability for the route, an approved budget and acceptance of applicable terms. Completing one condition does not satisfy the others or establish an external legal status.

Follow the instructions for assigned activities and assessment attempts. Do not obtain unauthorized help, use prohibited tools or submit someone else’s work as your own. If you believe a record or team decision is incorrect, use an available review process or contact us with the relevant details.

You remain responsible for official applications, deadlines, fees and communications unless a specific written agreement expressly assigns a task to Vocarno. Always check important requirements with the responsible institution or authority.

6. Your content and permitted use

You retain your rights in material you submit. You grant Vocarno the limited permission necessary to store, process, display and share that material for the service you request, subject to applicable permissions, the Privacy Policy and any separate agreement. This does not authorize unrelated advertising use of your documents.

Only upload information you are entitled to provide. Do not submit patient-identifiable clinical records, unlawful content, malicious files or unrelated sensitive information. Do not copy another person’s research, fabricate evidence or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

You may not bypass access controls, scrape protected information, interfere with the service, test security without authorization or use the service to discriminate unlawfully, deceive institutions or facilitate fraud.

7. Organizations and information access

An organization must use information only for the disclosed, authorized purpose and within its assigned access. Access to a summary or shared report does not imply permission to view all underlying files. Do not re-identify protected data, redistribute documents without authority or use candidate information for unrelated marketing.

Organizations are responsible for their own admission, employment and other regulated decisions, lawful processing of information they receive, and any obligations they separately accept. A platform status or summary is not a substitute for required independent checks.

8. Fees, sponsorship and separate agreements

Any paid program, sponsorship, expense reimbursement or other financial arrangement must have its own disclosed terms before you accept it. Those terms should identify relevant amounts, covered costs, responsibilities, cancellation or refund conditions and any continuing obligations.

These website terms do not impose an income-share percentage, placement fee, loan, buyout or recurring charge. No financing, interest rate, sponsor payment or future income is promised by creating an account. We do not automatically assign you a debt or financial obligation through a learning result or internal rating.

Vocarno Premium is an optional monthly auto-renewable App Store subscription. The localized price, billing period and any introductory offer are displayed before purchase; the US base price is $9.99 per month. Eligible new subscribers may receive one free month, after which the displayed monthly price applies automatically unless cancelled. Eligibility is determined by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings before renewal (at least 24 hours before the end of the current period). Apple handles refund requests under its rules and applicable law. Restore Purchases is available after signing into the Vocarno account originally associated with the purchase. Subscription transfer to another Vocarno account is not automatic.

Vocarno Premium access and Featured profiles

While your subscription is active, Premium provides access to four original English career guides, CV PDF export and optional Featured profile placement in the directory for verified organizations. Basic professional facts and publication controls remain available without Premium. Exported PDFs remain yours to keep and use after access ends. Cancellation of renewal does not normally end access before the current paid or trial period expires; expiration or a revoked purchase ends Premium access. Refund handling is governed by Apple and applicable law.

Featured is paid promotional placement with daily rotation, not an endorsement, qualification, professional score or guarantee of views, contact, employment or admission. You must separately consent to directory publication. Published free profiles remain eligible for ordinary listing; subscription expiration removes paid prominence without deleting profile data. Withdraw publication consent from your portfolio at any time. Do not include patient information, confidential records or contact details you do not want organizations to see.

Premium does not replace a program agreement, change selection decisions, guarantee a city or employer, bypass English or eligibility requirements, or unlock restricted examination preparation. An AI mentor is not included. App Store use is also subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Deleting your account or uninstalling the application does not cancel Apple billing.

9. Vocarno materials and third-party services

Vocarno branding, interface and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Subject to these terms and any relevant content license, you may use materials made available to you for your own authorized preparation. Do not resell, redistribute or claim ownership of materials unless expressly permitted.

External links, sign-in providers, examination systems and other third-party services have their own terms and availability. Vocarno does not control their decisions or guarantee their service. Mentioning an institution or process does not imply endorsement, partnership or accreditation.

10. Availability, suspension and ending use

We work to provide a useful service but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every item will always be error-free. Maintenance, third-party outages, legal requirements and service changes may affect availability. Keep independent copies of important originals and official correspondence.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security, suspected misuse, unlawful activity or a material breach. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact us. Restrictions should not be used to avoid obligations under a separate agreement or applicable law.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the contact channel in the Privacy Policy. Ending use does not automatically cancel an existing program or funding agreement; its own termination provisions and mandatory law apply.

11. Responsibility and disputes

Each party remains responsible for its own acts and obligations under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Vocarno is not responsible for an independent institution’s decision or losses caused by inaccurate information you supply, unauthorized account sharing or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable protections relating to fraud, intentional misconduct or other mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not require you to give up a legal remedy that applicable law protects.

Please contact us first with a clear description of a concern so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law determines the competent courts and any mandatory consumer protections. No mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver is created by these terms.

12. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The effective date identifies the version. We will provide notice or seek agreement where required, and changes will not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights or replace a separately signed agreement without a lawful basis.
